Neil Armstrongs Story

GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOU SMILE..... ESPECIALLY SINCE IT'S A TRUE STORY.

ON JULY 20, 1969, AS COMMANDER OF THE APOLLO 11 LUNAR MODULE, NEIL ARMSTRONG
WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO SET FOOT ON THE MOON.
HIS FIRST WORDS AFTER STEPPING ON THE MOON, "THAT'S ONE SMALL STEP
FOR MAN, ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND," WERE TELEVISED TO EARTH AND HEARD BY MILLIONS.

BUT JUST BEFORE HE REENTERED THE LANDER, HE MADE THE ENIGMATIC REMARK
"GOOD LUCK, MR. GORSKY."

MANY PEOPLE AT NASA THOUGH IT WAS A CASUAL REMARK CONCERNING SOME
RIVAL SOVIET COSMONAUT. HOWEVER, UPON CHECKING, THERE WAS NO GORSKY IN
EITHER THE RUSSIAN OR AMERICAN SPACE PROGRAMS.

OVER THE YEARS MANY PEOPLE QUESTIONED ARMSTRONG AS TO WHAT THE "GOOD
LUCK, MR. GORSKY" STATEMENT MEANT, BUT ARMSTRONG ALWAYS JUST SMILED.

ON JULY 5, 1995, IN TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA, WHILE ANSWERING QUESTIONS
FOLLOWING A SPEECH, A REPORTER BROUGHT UP THE 26-YEAR-OLD QUESTION TO ARMSTRONG.

THIS TIME HE FINALLY RESPONDED. MR. GORSKY HAD DIED, SO NEIL
ARMSTRONG FELT HE COULD ANSWER THE QUESTION.

IN 1938 WHEN HE WAS A KID IN A SMALL MIDWEST TOWN, HE WAS PLAYING
BASEBALL WITH A FRIEND IN THE BACKYARD. HIS FRIEND HIT THE BALL,
WHICH LANDED IN HIS NEIGHBOR'S YARD BY THE BEDROOM WINDOWS.

HIS NEIGHBORS WERE MR. AND MRS.GORSKY. AS HE LEANED DOWN TO PICK
UP THE BALL, YOUNG ARMSTRONG HEARD MRS. GORSKY SHOUTING AT MR. GORSKY.
"SEX! YOU WANT SEX?! YOU'LL GET SEX WHEN THE KID NEXT DOOR WALKS ON THE MOON!"

TRUE STORY.

KISSinSight

I believe you have already noticed the KISSinSight App on the right whom pops up after a few seconds when you are visiting my blog. I have also noticed that some of you use it, but I'd like you to leave your email or some kind of contact info in case I have any questions for you or you want some questions answered. I'm saying this because recently I have got some requests about writing about a few great headlines, but I don't really understand what the main point is with their request so I would like a few answers before I start write something. I would really appreciate if you could do that. Thank you!

Looks & Personality

The bad habit of caring endless about looks. This is what someone requested me to write about and I believe it's a very important issue. To judge from experience people today care more about how people look rather than caring about what kind of person a person is and that is a shame. But if you ask me I believe it's pretty normal, it's human even though it's wrong. There is a quote that goes like this: "It's beauty that captures your attention; personality which captures your heart." - Anonymous and I so agree with it, because what the eye sees is what the brain judges. The awesome thing is though, that once you have started to know a person whom appearance you don't like, you start to ignore that and see the person as a whole.

I am speaking from experience and I have learned a thing or two from it. Now I don't judge people from their looks, simply I get to know the person first and see for myself if the person is respectable or not.

Another issue about looks is the media. Especially the fashion industry. Although I don't know much about it, there is one thing that I do know and that is telling people how to look perfect. First of all, there is no such thing as perfect and second you decide what's perfect, but you only decide for yourself and not for anyone else. What I'm trying to say is that there is only individual perfection, meaning what's perfect for you. If a shoe is perfect for you might now be for someone else, there for you can never judge someone by their looks, because what they look like might be perfect for them.

The main point is that, I'm not asking of you to change yourself, but I am asking of you to at least try not to judge by the looks of people. Behind every face is a fantastic personality. So go out and start knowing new people and turn off your god damn computer once in a while.
